A Highpark Engagement Session/ Lindsay + Michael

I am super stoked to share Lindsay and Michael’s cozy lifestyle engagement session featuring their adorable pup Tuli. Doesn’t she look like a little ham??!! I think we may have a feature model on our hands!! We began our session having a glass of wine at their home with some casual shots capturing them just being themselves: snuggling, and having fun in jeans and cozy knit sweaters. To help couples feel more at ease and comfortable in front of the camera, I usually like to send my couples a little questionnaire to help get to know them and their story a bit more. I like to create a playlist of songs (which is one of the questions on my questionnaire hahaha), bring my portable speaker to play music, and give them prompts.

Lindsay and Michael happily followed along with each one, resulting in many laughs and great photos. After the casual shots Lindsay and Michael changed into a different outfit, which gave us the opportunity to add some variety and different look to their photos. Lindsay’s beautiful timeless cream and blue long dress was perfect for walking and twirling in, adding movement and texture to the image. They both looked absolutely stunning in their outfits. Moving on, we then ventured our way to High Park where they took a stroll through the park, went to their favourite places, and enjoyed the sunset together.

Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all of your hospitality, welcoming me into your beautiful home, for the yummy wine, amazing company, and being the best of sports when Katie had a “squirrel” moment of “oooooh I see some flare!” I cannot wait to capture your amazing day at Cave Spring Vineyard!! You both are truly one of a kind!!!
